How to have my RCSM ID?

myfotografix is the Graphics Provider of the RCSM.
We provide every graphics design the club needs.

To have your ID process by us, simply send us thru e-mail the following:

1. Complete name: Surname / First Name / Middle Name
2. Picture of yours in high resolution. With or without blazer is accepted, we can do editing for this.
3. Scanned image of your signature.
4. Position on the Club.
5. Mobile No. and Tel. No.
6. Home Address.
7. Date of Birth (for posting purpose on RCSM website).

RCSM ID process and release is upon approval of our CP Arlene Jacobo.
We do not accept any ID request without prior notice from RCSM President.
